Complete this form to REQUEST a reservation. Someone will follow up as soon as possible, but space is limited and reservations are constantly changing so do NOT consider your request approved until you receive confirmation from the church staff.

IMPORTANT: Reservations require a $100 deposit in advance. Reservations cannot be confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit WILL be refunded if the space is left clean.

We cannot process multiple or recurring reservations with this form. If you need more dates or times, please submit a unique form for each request or contact the church office (501-753-8897). To keep the calendar up-to-date, recurring reservations must be re-submitted and confirmed every quarter.

What time should the reservation start? *

Reservations are made in 1 hour blocks. Be sure to reserve time for setting up BEFORE the event starts. This time will be kept PRIVATE.

What time should the reservation end? *

Be sure to reserve time for cleaning up AFTER the event ends. If the space is left as you found it, your deposit WILL be refunded. This time will be kept PRIVATE.

Publicity
